Despite the important efforts of state administrations, tap water, as already mentioned in a previous article, is not a satisfying water, neither to drink nor to cook.
In fact, there are two solutions:
Or try to improve the quality of tap water, or opt for bottled water.
Improving the quality of tap water is, after all, very difficult, expensive (reverse osmosis followed by revitalization of water) and above all not very effective to eliminate the cocktail of medicines and pesticides it contains.
Water, as an ideal drink, is a mineralized water (as opposed to what is advertised) whose pH is between 6 and 6.8 (and not alkaline as some claim), whose redox power (rH2) is between 24 and 28 and the electrical resistivity is higher than 8000 ohms.
Tap water and most bottled water have too high pH ranging from 7.5 to 8.5 and a resistivity of less than 2000 ohms. It is scientifically proven that this type of water would promote cardiovascular disease and aging. Most of the waters called minerals are too rich in minerals.
Moreover, the majority of these minerals can not be assimilated from the animal world (of which man is a part). To be assimilable, the mineral must first be absorbed by a vegetable, which will transform it (ionization). In chemistry, it is easy to control (an assimilable mineral deviates the light rays). These unnecessary minerals overload the kidneys on the other hand.
Freshwater contains few assimilable minerals unlike sea water which contains algae and microplankton, which have ionized a large part of the minerals.
The drinking waters with acceptable characteristics are few at the bottom, and undergo subtle “attacks” by the most powerful competitors on the agri-food market. After the oil war, the water war will follow in the next few years.
The advisable waters are:
- In France: Mont ROUCOUS, Rosée de la reine, MONTCALM
- In Italy: LAURETANA, PLOSE, MANGATORELLA, AMOROSA
- In Germany and Switzerland: none. Germany imports Lauretana (the lightest water in Europe) for its diet stores.
In conclusion :
Pay attention to all water treatment proposals and appliances.
Check the pH, resistivity, oxidation reduction and total residue. If they are not indicated, it is because their values are not good (we have verified).
Colds and flu illnesses develop most of the time on soils that have weak immune defenses .
Prevention therefore consists in maintaining the best possible immune defenses. They look like a car engine: to run at best it must have petrol (Biocean minerals) of oil (Vitamin A and C) and water.
The engine does not have to pollute, to clean it is important to take Alfa sulfur which is a detoxifier of the liver.
